Nestled by the historic Millwall Dock, Pepper Saint Ontiod is a hidden gem that one would not usually associate with Canary Wharf. This waterside pub is one of those rare and wonderful pubs that manages to be relaxed enough for a long and lazy Sunday, and still have enough atmosphere to make for a Friday night out after work.

Situated in a pedestrianised open-air precinct a stone's throw from Canary Wharf, Pepper Saint Ontiod has an inviting exterior with outside seating, and once you are in the pub you will be charmed by its rustic yet eclectic décor.

A comprehensive range of real ales complement the selection of lagers, whilst the wine list is predominantly an Old World affair, with the Ijalba Rioja and the La Delizia Pinot Grigio being the stand-out choices.

The menu is modern European with a British focus, featuring appetising bar snacks such as crispy fried squid with garlic mayo, and filling main courses such as roast duck breast with braised red cabbage, new potatoes, and red wine gravy.

Lighter bites, such as chips and wedges are available, and the sticky toffee pudding is a perfect example of the fact that if you offer just one dessert, you have to get it right (which they do).
